FundingPips: Rules, Pricing & Payout Terms (Verified)

Verified 26 August 2026

FundingPips’ 1-Step model carries a 12% maximum static loss, with no consistency rule and no minimum trading days — its own wording is that you can pass in as little as one day. A $5K 2-Step Standard evaluation was $39 at our 21 October 2026 check (down from $44), maximum allocation is $400K, and reward cycles are weekly or bi-weekly with up to a 100% split.

Re-checked in a browser on 21 October 2026: 2-Step Standard $5K $39 (was $44) and $50K $349; 2-Step Pro $100K $466. The 2-Step Standard, 2-Step Pro and Flex columns in the price table below are from that check (list prices before the FP code); 1-Step Flex, Zero and $200K cells are from our July checkout read.

Last verified: August 26, 2026; promo codes, US access and the prices noted above re-checked October 1, 2026. FundingPips is a fast-rising, low-cost proprietary trading firm that funds traders through simulated evaluations and then pays a share of the profits they generate on funded (“Master”) accounts. Its appeal is price and choice: five distinct account models, some of the cheapest entry fees in the industry, and an unusually flexible payout system. This page distils only what FundingPips’ own Help Center and live checkout confirm — no estimates, and conflicting or stale figures are flagged as such.

Update (6 August 2026): FundingPips reopened to US traders (Match-Trader platform only). It also discontinued its 1-Step model, replacing it with a new 1-Step Flex (single phase, 12% profit target, 12% static max loss, 3% daily loss, 85% bi-weekly split), and removed the 10% profit-target option from 2-Step Standard (now 8% only, effective 24 July 2026). The current promo is code FP — 20% off for new users at checkout, up from 10% (browser check 21 October 2026). The earlier HELLO code (20% off a first challenge) is no longer on FundingPips’ site.

Update (14 October 2026): FundingPips’ Multi-Model Update (blog dated 27 September 2026) removes three rules for accounts bought after go-live: “Risk Per Trade Idea. Removed. Striking System. Removed. Profit Concentration. Removed.” They go on both the evaluation and the Master Account, on 1 Step Flex, 2 Step Standard, 2 Step Flex and 2 Step Pro. FundingPips says “These changes apply to new purchases only.” Daily loss is now customisable (1 Step Flex 2% or 3%; 2 Step Standard 3% or 5%), and minimum trading days are 0 on 1 Step Flex, 2 Step Pro and 2 Step Standard with a 3% daily loss, 1 on 2 Step Flex, and 3 on 2 Step Standard with a 5% daily loss. On 21 October 2026 FundingPips had lowered its 5K, 10K and 25K list prices on 2-Step Standard (for example the 5K from $44 to $39), and FP had gone from 10% to 20% for new users. The 50K and 100K prices were unchanged.

Update (1 October 2026): FundingPips’ Help Center states “US residents and citizens are NOT able to use cTrader.” The US is not on its restricted-country list (Iran, Vietnam and the UAE). HELLO was still live on that date (“Apply the code HELLO to get 20% OFF your first purchase.” “This coupon excludes $100K accounts.”) (note: as of 5 October 2026 HELLO is no longer offered; it is gone from FundingPips’ homepage and Get Started help article), and a new homepage banner code, FP, gave 10% off for new users and 5% off for existing users. As of 21 October 2026 it gives new users 20%.

Bottom line

FundingPips accepts US traders, with a platform limit. Its Help Center states “US residents and citizens are NOT able to use cTrader.” The US is not on FundingPips’ formal restricted-country list (which names only Iran, Vietnam and the UAE).

For everyone else, FundingPips suits cost-sensitive, non-US traders who want a cheap entry and flexibility over how and when they get paid. The standout features are low prices, a choice of payout cycle you lock in at funding, and the Zero instant-funding model. The biggest catch: weekend holding is currently banned on funded accounts, and once you choose your payout cycle after passing, it is locked permanently.

The five models at a glance

Two model changes to be aware of. The original 1-Step model is no longer offered — FundingPips replaced it with 1-Step Flex, which carries a 12% profit target, a 12% maximum loss, no minimum trading days and a flat 85% bi-weekly reward. Separately, the 10% profit-target variant of 2-Step Standard was discontinued on 24 July 2026, leaving the 8% variant as the current one. Published figures elsewhere that still show a 10% target or a 3-day minimum are describing the retired products.

Live-checkout pricing

These are the prices read directly from FundingPips’ live checkout on July 14, 2026; cells marked “1 Oct” were re-checked in a browser on 1 October 2026. Note: the schema.org prices published on the firm’s own model pages are stale and run higher than checkout (for example, the 1-Step $50K shows $379 in page schema but $322 at checkout; Zero $50K shows $349 vs $244). Always trust the checkout figure. Prices below are in USD.

A $2,500 account is advertised on the 2-Step Standard in select countries, but that price is geo-gated and remains unverified. On the 1-Step and 2-Step Standard, the registration fee is refunded at your 4th reward on the Master account; on Pro, Flex, and Zero, the fee is not refunded — factor that into the true cost of the cheaper Pro and Flex tiers.

Worked example: the locked cycle-split tradeoff

On the 1-Step and 2-Step Standard, once you reach a funded Master account you must choose a reward cycle, and that choice is locked permanently. The choices are: weekly (60% split, 7 days after your first trade), bi-weekly (80%, every 14 days), monthly (100%, every 30 days), or on-demand (90%, anytime, but only with a 35% consistency score and at least 2% profit).

Say you fund a $50,000 Master account and earn 5% — $2,500 in profit — over a month. Here is what each locked cycle pays you on that same $2,500:

Cycle (locked at funding)SplitYour share of $2,500Access
Weekly60%$1,500Every 7 days
Bi-weekly80%$2,000Every 14 days
Monthly100%$2,500Every 30 days
On-demand90%$2,250Anytime (35% consistency + 2% min)

The tradeoff is stark: the weekly cycle gives up $1,000 (40% of the profit) versus monthly on the exact same result, in exchange for faster and more frequent access to cash. Because the decision is irreversible, pick the cycle that matches how you actually withdraw — traders who need frequent liquidity pay a real premium for it.

How the drawdown works

Across the four evaluation models, the maximum loss limit is a static floor that never moves: 6% on 1-Step and Pro, 10% on Standard, 12% on Flex, measured from the starting account size. Your equity or balance — including floating losses from open trades — cannot touch that level at any point.

The daily loss limit is measured from the higher of your opening balance or opening equity at 00:00 Platform Time (UTC+3), includes floating losses, and does not move up if you have intraday wins. A momentary touch is a confirmed violation even if the trade later recovers.

The Zero instant model works differently. Instead of a static floor it uses a 5% trailing drawdown on your highest-ever recorded equity: the floor rises with peak equity and never moves down. Once equity reaches 5% above the starting size, the floor locks permanently at the starting account size, and it does not reset after a reward. Zero also adds a 1% maximum open risk rule: your combined floating PnL is measured in real time against 1% of the starting size, and touching -1% is an instant breach — a profitable trade cannot offset a losing one.

Funded phase and payouts

The minimum payout is 1% of your Master account size (on-demand requires a 2% minimum), and partial requests are allowed. Splits by model are: 60–100% by cycle on 1-Step and Standard, 80% weekly on Pro, 85% or 95% bi-weekly on Flex, and 95% bi-weekly on Zero. Only the on-demand cycle carries the 35% biggest-day consistency rule (it resets each reward); the weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cycles are not subject to it. Zero has its own eligibility stack: a consistency score at or below 15%, at least 7 profitable days in a rolling 30, a 3% safety cushion (the first 3% of profit is not payable), and your largest losing day must not exceed your largest winning day.

Processing takes 1–3 working days, plus another 1–2 for funds to reflect. Payout methods include card (instant Pay-to-Card in roughly 14 countries, otherwise 1–5 days), crypto (USDT/USDC), Rise ($500 minimum), bank transfer ($500 minimum, select regions), buy-a-challenge, and a Tradin transfer that adds a 30% credit bonus. Before requesting, all trades and pending orders must be closed, you wait 15 minutes, accounts must be in your own name, and trading is disabled during processing.

The risk-per-trade-idea rule applies only to funded Masters, never evaluations. On 1-Step, Standard, and Zero it is 3% below $50K and 2% at $50K and above (Standard removes it below $25K). On Flex it is none below $25K, 3% at $25K, and 2% above. On Pro it has been removed entirely. Same-pair concurrent positions count as one idea, and a new same-direction position opened within 10 minutes of closing a loser is treated as the same idea.

Who FundingPips suits, and who should look elsewhere

US traders are accepted, but FundingPips’ Help Center says US residents and citizens cannot use cTrader — if you require cTrader, look elsewhere. FundingPips fits traders who want the lowest possible entry cost (the 2-Step Pro and Standard are among the cheapest around), who value being able to pick their payout cadence, or who want genuine instant funding via the Zero model. It suits worse anyone who needs to hold positions over the weekend, anyone who dislikes irreversible decisions (the payout cycle is locked for life once chosen), and anyone who wants a large, immediate allocation ceiling — the maximum allocation is $400K across all active accounts.

Three distinctive details worth knowing

1. US access: accepted, but no cTrader. FundingPips reopened to US traders in August 2026. As of 1 October 2026 its Help Center states “US residents and citizens are NOT able to use cTrader.” The US was never on the formal restricted-country list — platform availability is what governs access.

2. The payout cycle is locked forever. After you pass and reach a Master account on 1-Step or Standard, the weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/on-demand choice cannot be changed. As the worked example shows, that decision can be worth 40% of your profit, so treat it as a permanent commitment, not a convenience toggle.

3. Weekend holding is currently banned. Holding over the weekend is temporarily not allowed on 1-Step, Standard, Pro, and Flex Master accounts (the Flex change took effect 29 January 2026); positions are auto-closed at Friday’s close, which is not itself counted as a breach. On Zero it is outright prohibited and holding into the weekend is a hard breach (immediate termination). Note that evaluations are more permissive — weekend holding is allowed during the evaluation phase.

Unconfirmed items: the maximum allocation is listed as $400K on the current dedicated article and homepage but $600K in an older education article — we use $400K. The Prime scaling account’s entry mechanics differ between two official pages and are in flux; re-verify before relying on them. The $2,500 account price is geo-gated and unverified.

Is FundingPips legit? What we verified — and what we didn’t

FundingPips is a real, operating prop firm, and the terms it advertises matched its own official documentation when we last checked (14 August 2026). But “is FundingPips legit” usually bundles two different questions: does the firm operate as advertised, and does it actually pay? The first is verifiable from primary sources, and we verify it on a fixed cadence. The second cannot be promised by any comparison site — including this one. Here is exactly where that line sits.

What we verified ourselves

  • Its current promotion (code FP, 20% off for new users) matched its own homepage in a browser on 21 October 2026. The earlier HELLO code (20% off a first purchase, first confirmed 14 August 2026) is no longer on its homepage or in its Get Started help article.
  • Its US position changed and we tracked it: FundingPips reopened to US traders on 6 August 2026; on 1 October 2026 its Help Center stated “US residents and citizens are NOT able to use cTrader.”
  • Its payout mechanics are documented: a minimum payout of 1% of the Master account size (2% for On-Demand), paid by card, crypto (USDT/USDC), Rise or bank transfer.
  • Its registration-fee refund terms differ by model — refunded at the 4th reward on 1-Step and 2-Step Standard, not offered on Pro, Flex or Zero.

What we have not verified

The gaps matter as much as the figures, so we list them:

  • We have not personally taken a payout from FundingPips.
  • FundingPips’ site was behind a bot-check on 14 August 2026 and returned errors to every automated request, so its prices by account size were not re-verified in that pass.
  • Its help center lists a “1 Step Flex” model that may not be included in the model count shown on this page; we are recounting the current lineup rather than guessing at it.

How to check FundingPips’s reputation yourself

Our data tells you what FundingPips promises. Trader reports tell you how those promises land in practice — so read both, and read the reports properly:

  • Sort by recent, not by rating. Prop-firm terms change fast; a glowing review of a rule set that no longer exists tells you nothing about today.
  • Read specific complaints, not the star average. A report naming an account size, a date and a payout amount carries far more information than a one-line rating — in either direction.
  • Weight payout-delay reports heaviest. Delays and denials at withdrawal time are the failure mode that actually costs traders money.
  • Discount both extremes. Prop firms run incentives for positive reviews, and affiliates of competing firms amplify negative ones. The specific, boring, mid-range reports are usually the honest ones.
  • Useful places to look: Trustpilot for volume, and trading communities on Reddit and Discord for detail. We deliberately do not aggregate those into a score of our own — that would just be a number we cannot verify.

Quick answers

Does FundingPips run competitions?

FundingPips has run trading competitions alongside its evaluation models. We do not publish competition terms here: they change frequently, and this site only carries figures verified against official documentation on a fixed cadence. Check FundingPips’ own site for what is running, and keep competition rules separate from the evaluation rules you are buying — they are not the same rulebook.

Is FundingPips legit?

FundingPips is a real, operating prop firm: FundingPips publishes detailed payout mechanics and model-by-model refund terms, and its promotion matched its own pages on 14 August 2026. Its US availability changed on 6 August 2026, which many comparison sites have not caught up with. We have not tested a payout ourselves, and our profile states plainly which figures we could not verify.

Does FundingPips really pay?

FundingPips documents a minimum payout of 1% of the Master account size (2% for On-Demand requests), paid by card, crypto, Rise or bank transfer. Those terms matched its own pages on 14 August 2026. We have not tested a withdrawal ourselves, and note that its site was behind a bot-check that day, so prices by size were not re-verified in that pass.

Is FundingPips available to traders in the USA?

Yes — FundingPips reopened to US traders in August 2026, and many published comparisons still say otherwise. One limit: its Help Center states “US residents and citizens are NOT able to use cTrader.”

Is FundingPips available to US traders?

Yes. The US is not on FundingPips’ official restricted-country list (which names only Iran, Vietnam, and the UAE), and US persons can open an account. FundingPips’ Help Center states “US residents and citizens are NOT able to use cTrader.”

What is FundingPips’ profit split?

It depends on the model and, on some, a cycle you lock in permanently. On 1-Step and 2-Step Standard you choose weekly (60%), bi-weekly (80%), monthly (100%), or on-demand (90%) at funding. 2-Step Pro pays 80% weekly, 2-Step Flex pays 85% or 95% bi-weekly, and Zero pays 95% bi-weekly.

How does the FundingPips Zero drawdown work?

Zero uses a 5% trailing drawdown measured on your highest-ever equity; the floor rises with peak equity and never falls, then locks permanently at the starting size once equity is 5% above start. It also enforces a 1% maximum open risk on combined floating PnL in real time — touching -1% is an instant breach, and a winning trade cannot offset a losing one.

Can I hold trades over the weekend?

Not on funded accounts, currently. Weekend holding is temporarily banned on 1-Step, Standard, Pro, and Flex Masters — positions are auto-closed at Friday’s close (not a breach) — and it is a hard breach on Zero. Weekend holding is permitted during the evaluation phase.

What is the minimum FundingPips payout?

1% of your Master account size, with partial requests allowed. The on-demand cycle requires a 2% minimum. Processing takes 1–3 working days plus 1–2 more for funds to reflect, via card, crypto (USDT/USDC), Rise, bank transfer, or Tradin.
