Tradeify pays a 90/10 split in the trader’s favour on every funded account, and you can hold up to 5 simulated funded accounts across any combination of Growth, Select and Lightning. The rest of the payout rules differ by account type, and the single most misread number is the payout cap.
The distinction that trips most people up: the minimum balance is what you must reach to qualify for a payout. The maximum payout per request is what you can actually withdraw. They are different numbers, and hitting the balance does not entitle you to withdraw it — anything above the cap stays in the account toward future payouts. Tradeify flags this itself at the top of its Growth policy.

Growth funded payout rules
Growth is the account type with the most conditions attached: a minimum balance, a 35% consistency rule, and a qualifying-days requirement.
- Consistency: 35% rule applies to all payouts.
- Qualifying days: 5 or more trading days with profit above $100 (25K), $150 (50K), $200 (100K) or $250 (150K). The count resets to zero after each successful payout.
- Reconciliation: daily account reconciliations run between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM ET, and the qualifying balance must be maintained until the payout request is approved.

Select Flex vs Select Daily payout rules
Select splits into two payout policies, and they behave very differently — Flex pays larger amounts less often with no balance requirement, Daily pays smaller amounts constantly but holds a buffer back.
| Select Flex (5-day) | Select Daily | |
|---|---|---|
| Frequency | Every 5 winning days | Daily eligibility |
| Processing | Standard | 24-hour guarantee |
| 25K cap per request | $1,250 | $600 |
| 50K cap per request | $3,000 | $1,000 |
| 100K cap per request | $4,000 | $1,500 |
| 150K cap per request | $5,000 | $2,500 |
| Minimum balance | No | N/A |
| Buffer system | No | Yes — $1,100 / $2,100 / $2,600 / $3,600 |
| Minimum payout | N/A | $250 |
| Daily continuity rule | No | Yes (2× profit multiplier) |
| Loss recovery | Net positive for cycle | Net positive for cycle |
The account parameters differ too. Select Flex carries a maximum drawdown of $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500 by size, end-of-day mode, and no daily loss limit. Select Daily carries a lower drawdown on the larger sizes ($1,000 / $2,000 / $2,500 / $3,500) and does impose a daily loss limit of $500 / $1,000 / $1,250 / $1,750. Both start at 1 mini / 10 micro on a 25K and scale up to 12 minis / 120 micros on a 150K.
Lightning funded payout rules
Lightning replaces the minimum-balance requirement with a profit goal, and applies a consistency rule that tightens with each payout.
| Account size | Payout 1 profit goal | Payout 2+ profit goal |
|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $1,500 | $1,000 |
| $50,000 | $3,000 | $2,000 |
| $100,000 | $6,000 | $3,500 |
| $150,000 | $9,000 | $4,500 |
| Payout number | 25K | 50K | 100K | 150K |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1–3 | $1,000 | $2,000 | $2,500 | $3,000 |
| 4+ | $1,000 | $2,500 | $3,000 | $3,000+ |
Consistency on Lightning is progressive for accounts purchased after 12 September 2025: 20% on the first payout, 25% on the second, and 30% from the third onward. Earlier purchases use a flat 20%. There is no minimum trading-day count once the profit goal and consistency rule are satisfied.
Payment methods and processing
Tradeify processes payouts through Rise (instant) and Plane, typically within 24–48 hours, extending to about 72 hours outside business hours. A maximum of 5 accounts can be activated per day, and across all account types you can hold 5 simulated funded accounts at once. Every policy requires you to be net positive for the cycle before the next payout — a loss has to be recovered before you can withdraw again.
Common questions
What are Tradeify’s payout rules?
Every Tradeify funded account pays a 90/10 split in the trader’s favour, and you can hold a maximum of 5 simulated funded accounts across any combination of Growth, Select and Lightning. Beyond that the rules differ by account type: Growth requires a minimum balance, a 35% consistency rule and 5 qualifying profitable days; Select Flex pays every 5 winning days with no minimum balance and no consistency rule; Select Daily pays daily but holds a buffer; Lightning pays once you hit a profit goal with a progressive consistency rule. What is the maximum payout on a Tradeify Growth account?
It depends on account size and on which payout number you are requesting. On the first payout the cap is $1,000 (25K), $1,500 (50K), $2,000 (100K) and $2,500 (150K). By the fourth payout and beyond it rises to $1,000 (25K), $3,000 (50K), $4,000 (100K) and $5,000 (150K). The 25K account is capped at $1,000 per request at every stage.
With Flex my max payout is $1,250 — how much do I need in my balance to get it?
On Select Flex there is no minimum balance requirement at all, which is the key difference from Growth. The $1,250 figure is the per-request withdrawal cap on a 25K Select account, not a balance target. You need enough profit to cover the withdrawal and you must be net positive for the cycle, but Tradeify does not publish a minimum account balance for Select Flex. On Growth, by contrast, a 25K account must reach $26,500 before any payout is allowed.
Does Tradeify require a buffer for payouts?
Only on Select Daily. That policy requires a buffer of $1,100 (25K), $2,100 (50K), $2,600 (100K) or $3,600 (150K) to remain in the account. Select Flex has no buffer system and no minimum balance. Growth does not use a buffer, but it does require a minimum balance to qualify, which works out similarly in practice.
What is Tradeify’s consistency rule?
It varies by account type. Growth funded accounts are subject to a 35% consistency rule on all payouts. Select Flex and Select Daily have no consistency rule at all. Lightning uses a progressive rule for accounts purchased after 12 September 2025: 20% on the first payout, 25% on the second, and 30% from the third onward.
How many profitable days do you need for a Tradeify payout?
On Growth you need 5 or more trading days showing a profit above a size-based threshold: $100 on a 25K account, $150 on 50K, $200 on 100K and $250 on 150K. That day count resets to zero after each successful payout. Select Flex pays every 5 winning days. Select Daily is eligible daily. Lightning has no minimum day count once the profit goal and consistency rule are met.
Does Tradeify charge an activation fee when you pass?
No. Tradeify charges no activation fee on any current account type — its own wording is that the purchase price covers everything. That applies to a 25K Select account and to every other size and type it currently sells.
Can you hold trades overnight with Tradeify?
No. Positions must be flat by 4:45 PM ET each day, and 12:59 PM ET on early-close days. Tradeify auto-flattens open positions at that point, so overnight and swing holding are not available on its accounts.
Is Tradeify a monthly subscription?
No. Tradeify uses one-time pricing per account rather than a monthly subscription, and it charges no activation fee on top.
What is a soft breach on Tradeify?
On Growth evaluations the daily loss limit operates as a soft breach: hitting $600 (25K), $1,250 (50K), $2,500 (100K) or $3,750 (150K) in daily loss does not immediately end the account the way a hard drawdown breach does. Check the current rule text for your account type before relying on it, since the soft-breach thresholds are size-specific.
