ARES lists companies by name, founding date and address. A name search does not prove ownership, so we describe these as companies named FTMO, not as an FTMO group. Shareholders are recorded in the Czech commercial register (or.justice.cz), and we have only confirmed the shareholder of FTMO s.r.o. itself (OMHC a.s.). Separately, FTMO completed its purchase of the OANDA Global Corporation trading group on 1 December 2025, by its own account. OANDA is outside the Czech register.
