Dated records of prop firm rule, pricing, and payout-term changes detected by our weekly sweep of official documentation.

  • Prop Firm Data Changes — August 26, 2026 (Part Three)

Published 26 August 2026. Four further verified changes, each read from the firm’s own pages today.

    Corrections

    • Take Profit Trader commissions changed, and the micro rate tripled. Futures went from $5.00 to $4.50 per round trip, but micros went from $0.50 to $1.50. The headline number got cheaper while the one that matters to micro scalpers got three times more expensive.
    • Take Profit Trader now publishes a 2025 pass rate: 36.22% of all Trading Tests passed between 1 January and 31 December 2025. We were still citing a 16.86% figure for 2024.
    • Two of the ten firms we track publish their own pass rate: Take Profit Trader (36.22% of Trading Tests passed in 2025) and MyFundedFutures (20.35% of evaluation accounts, January 2024 to July 2025, since removed from its site).
    • Goat Funded Trader discount maths relabelled. The $438 to $263 price on a 100K account is roughly 40% off, which is the BOGO40 code — our copy framed it as a 50%-off deal.
    • FundedNext’s single “Rapid” price row is marked superseded rather than updated. The product split into Rapid Pro and Rapid Daily, its prices render only inside a tab switcher, and its promo codes changed three times this month. We would rather show you no number than a number we cannot stand behind, so that row now points at the live pricing page.

    Common questions

What are Take Profit Trader’s commissions?

$4.50 per round trip per futures contract and $1.50 per round trip on micros, on Test and PRO accounts (PRO+ uses broker rates). Both were revised in August 2026. The micro rate tripled from $0.50, which matters most if you trade micros at high frequency — that change is easy to miss and directly affects scalping strategies.

What is Take Profit Trader’s pass rate?

Its homepage states that 36.22% of all Trading Tests were passed between 1 January and 31 December 2025. It separately cites 20.37% of registered users who passed a test between January and August 2023. Those are different periods and different denominators — tests passed versus users who passed — so they are not directly comparable.

Which prop firms publish their own pass rate?

Two of the ten we track have: Take Profit Trader (36.22% of Trading Tests passed in 2025) and MyFundedFutures (20.35% of evaluation accounts between January 2024 and July 2025, a disclosure it has since removed from its site). We previously described MyFundedFutures as the only firm to have done so; that was wrong and is corrected.

  • Prop Firm Data Changes — August 26, 2026 (Part Two)

Published 26 August 2026. Seven verified changes across five firms, each read from the firm’s own pages today.

    Corrections

    • Take Profit Trader’s live promo code is NOFEE40. It gives 40% off for life with the $130 PRO activation fee waived, and can be stacked across multiple test accounts. A “NOFEE100” code circulating elsewhere does not appear in any of Take Profit Trader’s 87 help-centre articles; we no longer list it.
    • Take Profit Trader evaluations are now 3 trading days, not 5 — and this is permanent, not tied to the flash sale it launched with. It applies to test accounts purchased from 17 August 2026.
    • FundingPips is open to US traders again. US persons can open an account as of 6 August 2026, on the Match-Trader platform only — MetaTrader 5 and cTrader remain closed to US traders.
    • FundingPips 2-Step Standard prices corrected to the current 8% tier ($36 / $66 / $177 / $299 / $544 from 5K to 100K). Our figures belonged to the 10% tier, which was retired on 24 July 2026.
    • FundedNext CFD prices updated after a July promotion ended: Stellar 2-Step 6K $37.49→$49.99, 15K $82.49→$109.99, 25K $142.49→$189.99, 50K $202.49→$269.99. The 100K and 200K tiers were unchanged.
    • Goat Funded Trader comparison table brought in line with the update note already on the page: 1-Step daily drawdown is 3% (not 4%) for accounts bought from 1 August 2026, and the funded stage needs 4 trading days (not 3) for accounts from 27 July 2026.
    • FTMO current deal corrected to €439 on the 2-step and €399 on the 1-step. We had shown “$499”, which was both the wrong figure and the wrong currency.

    Common questions

What is the current Take Profit Trader promo code?

NOFEE40. Take Profit Trader’s homepage features it as “40% Off For Life + Never Pay An Activation Fee”, and its own FAQ confirms the 40% lifetime discount plus the $130 PRO activation fee waived, with no limit on how many test accounts you can stack it across. Verified 26 August 2026 against all 87 of its help-centre articles. A code circulating as “NOFEE100” does not appear in any of them, so we do not list it.

Did Take Profit Trader change its evaluation length?

Yes, permanently. Evaluations moved from 5 trading days to 3. This came in alongside the 50AND3 flash sale, but Take Profit Trader states it is a programme change that does not end with the sale. It applies to test accounts purchased from 17 August 2026; accounts bought earlier keep the 5-day minimum.

Can US traders open a FundingPips account?

Yes, as of 6 August 2026, on the Match-Trader platform only — MetaTrader 5 and cTrader remain closed to US traders. Our page previously carried a contradictory line telling US visitors they could not open an account; that was wrong and has been corrected.

Every figure above was read from the named firm’s own pages on 26 August 2026. See our methodology.

  • Prop Firm Data Changes — August 26, 2026

Published 26 August 2026. Two scheduled re-verification passes (24 and 26 August) produced eleven corrections across six firms. Every figure below was read from the firm’s own source; where a check disagreed with what we already published, we re-checked it ourselves before changing anything.

    Corrections

    • MyFundedFutures has ended monthly subscriptions. Its own wording is now “No more subscriptions. One-time purchases are here,” with a $0 activation fee on any plan. Our page described four monthly-subscription plans; that is corrected.
    • MyFundedFutures coupon codes replaced. 300K, EOD and BUILDER no longer appear on its coupons page. The single live code is CLUB — 50% off the first four uses, then 40% off with unlimited uses, covering Pro, Rapid, Builder and Rapid EOD.
    • Tradeify reset fees rose on four tiers: Growth 100K $155→$169, Growth 150K $215→$229, Select 25K $60→$75, Select 50K $95→$109. Read live from Tradeify’s own checkout data.
    • Take Profit Trader cut its evaluation minimum from 5 trading days to 3, effective for test accounts purchased from 17 August 2026. Accounts bought before that date keep the 5-day minimum.
    • Goat Funded Trader: the WORLDCUP50 code does not exist on its current site — only BOGO40 and FIRSTGFT do. We had referenced it in a price example; removed.
    • Goat Funded Trader 2-Step Pro is discontinued for new purchases as of 13 June 2026. Existing accounts continue under their current terms. Our model table now says so.
    • FTMO’s profit split is not one number. The 2-step product runs 80% rising to 90%; the 1-step product is a flat 90% from day one. Our quick facts showed only the 2-step figure.
    • Apex’s SAVENOW promotion did not end on 11 August as our page implied. It is still live and its stated expiry has rolled to 8 September 2026. Apex extends this promotion continuously, so we now treat any stated end date as provisional.

A correction we did not make

One of the two checks reported that Tradeify’s AUG code is a flat 40% with no usage tiering, and recommended we remove the tiering from our page. We checked the live site before editing: the banner reads “40% OFF 5 TIME USE, THEN 30% OFF · ENDS 31 AUGUST, 11:59PM EST”. Our page was already right, so we left it alone. We mention it because “delete this figure” deserves the same verification as “change this figure” — a value missing from one data file is not proof it is absent from the page.

    Still unverified

Several sources block automated checks, and we would rather list the gaps than paper over them. FundingPips prices could not be re-checked (its site bot-blocks, and its help-centre API returned another firm’s articles entirely). FundedNext CFD prices and its NEW25 code need a rendered checkout check — its published CFD table has moved on from the July promotion our figures came from. Take Profit Trader and MyFundedFutures price tables render client-side and need a browser pass. These are queued for the next cycle.

Every figure above was read from the named firm’s own pages on 24 or 26 August 2026. See our methodology.

  • Apex Activation Fee: $59 Intraday, $119–$159 EOD (August 2026)

    Published 26 August 2026

Apex Trader Funding’s activation fee is a one-time charge to activate a funded account after you pass. The fee on Standard accounts is a flat $59 at every size on Intraday Trail, and $119 / $139 / $149 / $159 by size on EOD Trail. Every affected page has been updated.

    Figures corrected in this update

    • Intraday Trail: the fee is a flat $59 at all four sizes (25K, 50K, 100K and 150K). An earlier version of this page showed a graduated schedule; that has been corrected.
    • EOD Trail: the fee is $119 (25K), $139 (50K), $149 (100K) and $159 (150K).

    How these figures are read

Apex blocks automated requests, so its pricing has to be read in a real browser. We were reading the rendered checkout panel — the text a human sees — and that panel returns different values for the same configuration on different page loads. We recorded a graduated schedule twice and a flat figure on a third check, which is what finally exposed the problem.

The fix was to stop reading the display and read the data behind it. Apex’s configurator is built from a product data object containing 90 records, each carrying the evaluation price, the activation price and a flag for the No Activation Fee variant. That object is unambiguous and internally consistent. It is now our source for Apex, and reading the underlying data rather than the rendered figure is now the rule for every firm we track.

    The corrected figures

    Account sizeIntraday TrailEOD Trail
    25K$59$119
    50K$59$139
    100K$59$149
    150K$59$159
One-time activation fee per funded account, Standard variant. Verified 26 August 2026 from Apex’s product data.

One further detail from the same source: the current SAVENOW promotion is 90% off the first month and 50% recurring, and it expires 25 August 2026 at 23:59. The promotion data contains no activation-fee component, which confirms what we already stated: the coupon does not reduce the activation fee.

    Quick answers

What is the Apex Trader Funding activation fee?

On Standard accounts it is a flat $59 at every account size on Intraday Trail, and $119 (25K), $139 (50K), $149 (100K) and $159 (150K) on EOD Trail. Verified 26 August 2026 from Apex’s own product data. The No Activation Fee variants charge $0 to activate and carry a higher one-time evaluation price instead.

Does the SAVENOW coupon reduce the Apex activation fee?

No. SAVENOW discounts the evaluation price (90% off the first month, 50% recurring) and expires 25 August 2026 at 23:59. Apex’s promotion data contains no activation-fee component, so the activation fee is charged in full regardless of the coupon.

Did Prop Data Lab publish the wrong Apex activation fee?

Yes. Between 8 and 26 August 2026 we published a graduated Intraday activation fee of $69/$79/$99/$129 and EOD figures of $99/$129 for the 25K and 50K accounts. Those were wrong. They came from reading Apex’s rendered checkout panel, which returns unstable values. We corrected every affected page on 26 August 2026 and left a visible correction notice rather than editing the numbers quietly.

  • Prop Firm Data Changes — August 14, 2026

Published 14 August 2026. Scheduled re-verification of all ten firms against their official pricing, help-center and terms pages. Two live discrepancies found and corrected; eight firms confirmed unchanged on their volatile fields (promo codes, prices, key rules) and re-stamped. Where a firm’s own source was unreachable we say so below instead of guessing.

    Corrections made today

    • Take Profit Trader — NEWYEAR50 retired. The 50%-off NEWYEAR50 code no longer appears anywhere on takeprofittrader.com or in any of its 86 help-center articles. NOFEE40 (40% off for life + activation fee waived) remains live, and a limited-time NOFEE100 promo adds a 30% lifetime discount with the $130 PRO activation fee waived. Our TPT coupon page is updated.
    • MyFundedFutures — 20.35% pass-rate disclosure removed from its site. The footer legal disclosure stating that 20.35% of evaluation accounts passed (Jan 2024–Jul 2025) no longer appears on myfundedfutures.com (confirmed absent on two separate re-fetches). We still cite the figure as a dated historical disclosure, now clearly marked “since removed” wherever it appears.

Confirmed unchanged today (re-verified against official sources)

    • FTMO: 2-step and 1-step prices, the €439/€399 100K deal, US/OANDA routing, 80→90% split, drawdown rules.
    • Topstep: monthly prices (50K $49 / 100K $99 / 150K $199), $149 activation fee, Max Loss Limits, 90/10 split, no active promo code.
    • FundedNext: Futures Flex code AUGFLEX (47% off), CFD 2-step prices, 15%-reward-excludes-US language, Match-Trader-only US status.
    • The5ers: High Stakes prices, $150 minimum payout, US acceptance with MT5 barred for US clients.
    • FundingPips: code HELLO (20% off, excludes 100K), US traders on Match-Trader.
    • Tradeify: code AUG (40% off), Growth/Select/Lightning 50K prices, 90% split.
    • Goat Funded Trader: codes BOGO40 and FIRSTGFT, 100K price ($438 → $263), funded-stage minimum trading days raised 3→4 (accounts from late July 2026).
    • Take Profit Trader: NOFEE40, buffer-zone withdrawal rule, per-tier drawdown types.
    • Apex Trader Funding: verified directly in a live browser session today — SAVENOW (up to 90% off) still running with a fresh countdown (~11 days), 25K Intraday eval $167 ($16.70 with code). Activation fees ($69–$129 Intraday / $99–$159 EOD by size) were browser-verified 8 August.

What we could not verify today (and why)

Transparency note: some official sources block automated checks. MyFundedFutures checkout prices load client-side and were not re-verified today (last full price verification: 6 August — its page keeps that stamp). FundingPips pricing was unreachable (bot-check). Tradeify’s help center blocked all requests (its homepage checkout data still confirmed the code and prices above). FTMO’s Best-Day-Rule figure and USD pricing table need a targeted re-check. A Goat Funded Trader help article we cite for the 2-Step Pro drawdown figure has moved (general mechanics confirmed on the Standard article). These gaps are flagged rather than guessed at; they are queued for the next pass.

Every figure above was read from the named firm’s own official pages on the date stated. See our methodology.

  • Prop Firm Data Changes — August 6, 2026

Published 6 August 2026. We re-verified all ten firms we track against their official pricing, help-center and terms pages today. Every change below was read from the firm’s own source. Seven of the ten had material rule, pricing or availability changes since our mid-July check; all ten had promo movement. Firm names link to their full sourced profiles.

    Rule & availability changes

    • FundingPips now accepts US traders again — on the Match-Trader platform only (MT5 and cTrader remain closed to US residents), following its Match-Trader migration. This reverses the outright US block we recorded in July. Separately, FundingPips discontinued its 1-Step model and replaced it with a new 1-Step Flex (single phase, 12% target, 12% static max loss, 3% daily), and removed the 10% profit-target option from 2-Step Standard (now 8% only, effective 24 July 2026).
    • Apex Trader Funding changed its activation fee from a flat $59 to a graduated fee: $69 (25K) / $79 (50K) / $99 (100K) / $129 (150K). The 25K evaluation was also cut ($199 → $167), and Legacy Accounts have been reinstated for a limited time after being discontinued. Evaluation and payout rules are otherwise unchanged.
    • FTMO‘s US (OANDA) −20% discount ended. US prices have reverted to list across the board (e.g. 50K Challenge $320 → $399). The only remaining offer is the standing 100K “Special Deal” (€439 / $499, conditional). Rules and the five excluded US states are unchanged.
    • MyFundedFutures launched a new “Rapid EOD” plan — end-of-day trailing drawdown in the funded phase (standard Rapid switches to intraday when funded), 30% consistency, daily payouts, 90/10 split. Note: MFFU’s 20.35% pass-rate disclosure is no longer shown on its homepage; we now treat that figure as a historical disclosure covering Jan 2024–Jul 2025.
    • Goat Funded Trader tightened two rules. Funded-stage minimum trading days rose 3 → 4 on 2-Step Standard, 2-Step GOAT and 1-Step (accounts purchased on/after ~25–27 July), and the 1-Step daily drawdown tightened 4% → 3% for accounts purchased from 1 August.
    • The5ers US eligibility, now sourced: their terms bar MetaQuotes/MT5 platforms for US residents — a platform restriction, not a full ban (US is not on their prohibited-jurisdiction list). Minimum payout remains $150.
    • Take Profit Trader automated its payouts — the account-to-wallet step on Tradovate PRO accounts now processes in seconds (previously up to 12 business hours), effective 20 July. It also added a new “Sustainable Trading Policy.”
