Last updated: 2 October 2026 A free, citable dataset of prop firm rules, prices, payout terms, pass rates and rule changes, in one CSV. It combines the data behind four of our living pages. Every row has a source URL, and where the firm states the rule, its exact wording. Use it for research, journalism, comparison tables or AI answers. Credit us with a link.
233 sourced records on 10 prop firms, in one file. Every row links to its source. 195 carry the firm’s exact wording. Of the other 38, 29 record that the firm’s page doesn’t state a rule (kept as “not stated”, never as zero) and 9 are hurdle counts we worked out. In all, 23 values are our own calculations, and each is flagged in its own column.
Only 4 of the 10 firms publish a pass rate today: MyFundedFutures, Take Profit Trader, Topstep and Tradeify. The dataset also keeps the 4 figures MyFundedFutures has since taken down, including its 20.35% evaluation pass rate, each with the archived copy where it was last seen.
37 verified rule changes, and payout rules changed most. Of the counted changes, 12 were to payout rules and 7 to prices. Apex Trader Funding and Topstep had the most (11 and 10).
The gaps are part of the data. FundingPips is missing from the payout section because its site blocked our checks and we found no recent archive copy. We haven’t verified any rule change at FTMO yet. FundingPips has the fewest records (9).

Methodology
We built this file on 2 October 2026 by merging the four CSVs published with our Pass-Rate Registry, True Cost Index, Payout Friction Index and Rule Change Index, as they were live that day. We downloaded each published CSV and used it as it was. Nothing was re-estimated or filled in. Each source page explains how its figures were collected and checked.
Rules we keep: a rule the firm’s page doesn’t mention stays “not stated”, never zero or “none”. Pass rates are the firm’s own, unaudited figures, and firms define them differently (tests, accounts or people), so read the definition before comparing. A rule change is counted only when we have the before and after wording. Values we calculated are flagged in derived_by_prop_data_lab.
Versions: the file name carries the date. When the source pages update, we publish a new dated file and keep this page pointing to the latest one.
